Submitting this form does not guarantee a reservation. The EWEC's field trip coordinator will email you to finalize your request. Your field trip will only be confirmed when you receive a field trip confirmation over email.

Please remember:

• For a fully-guided experience, a minimum of 15 students must be present on the day of the field trip.
• If the group size falls below 15, the trip will switch to a self-guided format due to limited staff capacity.
• This ensures efficient use of resources and volunteer support, optimizing the educational experience for all participants.
